Return and Refund (DOA) Policy
Please Read!
• If your coral frags do not survive transit, photographic evidence is required before a refund/ credit note can be issued
• Photographs must be taken of the coral in their original bag/container clearly showing that they have not survived. These photos must be sent to ben@primecorals.co.uk within 3 hours of signing for the delivery or they will not be accepted.
• Refunds cannot be issued if the coral has been placed in your tank or come in to contact with your tank water.
• Postage costs are non-refundable. I cannot accept liability for incorrect addresses, any postage delays caused by Royal Mail or delays caused by the customer not taking delivery at the agreed time and providing the required signature.
Returns will not be accepted. Do not send the coral back.
